Charity World Trivia Quiz 2009 (@ Hilton SH, hosted by RaC of SH)

Dear friends,
On November 19th at the Hilton Shanghai, the Rotaract Club of Shanghai will host the World Quiz Night 2009 to help the Hilton Christmas Train Foundation, which organizes goods to be delivered to those who are in need throughout China.
The Rotaract Club of Shanghai is a non-profit social organization composed of young professionals and graduate students that are involved in organizing and executing community service projects around China.
In addition to a fabulous dinner and a game of trivia which will benefit Hilton’s Christmas Train Charity, Rotaract has also planned a Raffle and Silent Auction in order to raise funds for their various projects, which in the past have included migrant school children field trips, Paralympics activities for disabled children and renovations of migrant schools amongst many others.
Don't miss the opportunity on joining the event! You could join it by purchasing table or individual ticket for 338 RMB per person (8-12 people) for a table and individual price is 388 RMB. Our ticketing hotline could be approached at quiznightticketing@gmail.com or call Jacob Dobbs at 15921223663.
Also, within this letter, I would like to announce that Rotaract Club of Shanghai is still looking for sponsors for the event. We would really love it if you could help us to achieve our fundraising goal of RMB 100,000 by donating a gift or prize for our Raffle (±RMB250) or Silent Auction (±RMB1000). If you are feeling generous, please notify us and we can arrange a courier to come by and pick it up any Friday at 3pm or at any other convenient time.
If you make a donation, we will place your logo on some PowerPoint displays which will be shown during the event! It would be an outstanding opportunity for you to promote your products/services amongst the guests, who will mostly be expats/foreigners from all over the world.
